Facade Architect/Engineer

Minimum Qualifications
PRC-licensed Architect or Civil/Structural Engineer
Minimum of 4-5 years of solid façade experience, covering design development, engineering, construction, and project handover
Proven experience in curtain wall systems and complex façade packages
Exposure to both local and international projects, particularly high-rise, mixed-use, and technically complex developments
Strong background in managing façade works from concept to completion.
Technical Competency
Strong working knowledge of façade-related structural and design codes, including but not limited to:
Wind load and seismic design
Glass and aluminum system engineering
Anchoring, fixing, and support systems
Ability to evaluate structural performance, movement, and load transfer between façade systems and the main building structure
Capability to ensure façade systems meet safety, performance, and durability standards
