About the Role
Minimum Qualifications
- PRC-licensed Architect or Civil/Structural Engineer
- Minimum of 4-5 years of solid façade experience , covering design development, engineering, construction, and project handover
- Proven experience in curtain wall systems and complex façade packages
- Exposure to both local and international projects , particularly high-rise, mixed-use, and technically complex developments
- Strong background in managing façade works from concept to completion.
Technical Competency
- Strong working knowledge of façade-related structural and design codes , including but not limited to:
- Wind load and seismic design
