JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES: The Fabrication Engineer serves as liaison to management on manufacturing, quality, process and engineering related issues. The Fabrication Engineer may work independently with other Engineering functions from design, new product development to assure product implementation and compliance to business or industry standards. The Fabrication Engineer can lead or supervise Technicians in multiple engineering disciplines providing technical support in projects, documentation, lean, cost reductions, equipment, process and safety. The Fabrication Engineer must assess and anticipate needs of the business and find solutions for the business. Communicate proactively with associates, business management and customers.
