Fab Programmer

Client near Kingsburg is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Nesting Programmer to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for nesting and programming a variety of cutting-edge equipment, including flat lasers, waterjets, CNC routers, and tube lasers.

We are looking for someone who can either hit the ground running with previous laser shop experience or a highly motivated CAD Drafter/Engineer who is eager to learn and transition into a programming role.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Create efficient nests and programs for flat lasers, waterjets, CNC routers, and tube lasers.

• Optimize material utilization and machine run times to ensure efficient production.

• Work closely with the fabrication and machine shop teams to ensure accurate part creation.
