FA LAB ENGINEER

Responsibilities

1. Lead a data-driven root cause identification (RCI) for PCBA failures from issue definition to validated root cause and verified corrective actions.
2. Conduct detailed electrical, mechanical, and material-level failure analysis (FA) to strengthen product design and process improvements.
3. Develop a continuously improve FA “cookbooks” / best-practice guides for top recurring defects to reduce rework WIP.
4. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across all business units (BUs) to drive a unified FA LAB mindset and consistent technical standards.
5. Deliver clear evidence‑based FA reports driving quality improvements and customer satisfaction, with timely turnaround and accurate analysis.
6. Drive continuous improvement in process optimization, defect prevention, and reliability by sharing technical methods, case studies, and best practices to build lab capability and complete documentation in the FA database.
