Extrusion Machine Supervisor

Responsibilities: · Supervise the day to day manufacturing operations of the HDPE Extrusion Department and ensure that standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, departmental processes and all safety rules and OHSA regulations are being observed at all times by all employees; · Provide guidance on equipment and product problems; · Recommend opportunities to improve site operations in the areas of quality, cost, delivery and safety; · Monitor process, materials and surroundings; · Organize, plan, prioritize work, assignments and production sequences to meet production goals according to demand; · Analyze and evaluate data, reporting results to management through charts and production reports; · Ensure that machinery and equipment on assigned extrusion lines is performing at capaci...
