Job Description: Exterior Designer. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Exterior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality exterior design projects that align with client requirements and company standards. This role requires expertise in producing layouts, renderings, videos, CAD files, and specification books to effectively communicate design concepts and ensure accurate project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present exterior design concepts, layouts, and detailed plans
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to illustrate design proposals
• Produce CAD drawings and technical documentation for construction and implementation
• Prepare specification books outlining materials, finishes, and design standards
• Generate video presentations to showcase design concepts and project progress
