About the Role
Support children with extensive needs in a new role as a Program Consultant at Mackenzie Health. Provide tailored assessments and multidisciplinary treatments to enhance youth well-being.
As a key member of the Extensive Needs Service program, you'll collaborate with CHEO, Holland Bloorview, and McMaster Children's Hospital. This program addresses unmet needs for youth aged 0-17, emphasizing mental health support and crisis interventions. You will focus on developing safety plans, collaborating with community partners, and offering training to staff and other agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop timely crisis and safety plans for clients
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary service providers
• Participate in oversight committees as needed
