About the Role
- Lead Shipment and Billing Team.
- Monitor day-to-day payment and shipment operation.
- Ensures all reports are accurate.
- Coordinate with customer and LSP for shipment and payment issues.
- Ensure all parties work together to guarantee that shipments will be delivered in timely manner.
- Resolve problems or complaints related to logistics management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Custom Administration or any related course.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same field or any related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
