Export Specialist

Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday in the office

Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 annually

Overview

We are seeking an Export Control Specialist to support trade compliance and ensure adherence to Canadian and U.S. export control regulations . This role will help maintain policies, procedures, and licensing processes to support compliant operations while balancing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process export documentation , including end-user statements, permits, and licenses
• Support export/re-export authorizations and related approvals
• Ensure required permits and licenses are in place throughout contract delivery
• Maintain export control systems and reporting with strong attention to accuracy
• Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR , Canadian Controlled Goods , and export/import regulations
