Baken is a fast-growing premium food brand specializing in innovative shelf-stable meat snacks. As we expand internationally, we're seeking an experienced Export Operations Manager to lead our global market entry strategy and establish manufacturing operations in key export markets.

The Export Operations Manager will lead efforts to overcome international trade barriers and expand the company's presence in global markets. This role is dual focus: (1) navigating export regulations to enable market entry from existing production facilities, and (2) identifying, qualifying, and establishing contract manufacturing partnerships in strategic international markets to support scalable global distribution. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving complex regulatory challenges and has a proven track record of bringing food products to international markets.
