Job Summary
The Export Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all export activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all export operations in accordance with company policies and international trade regulations
- Prepare, review, and oversee export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government agencies
- Monitor export shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or issues
- Ensure compliance with customs, trade laws, and export controls of destination countries
- Analyze export performance and prepare reports for management
