About the Role
What will you do?
* Lead the design, development, and enhancement of the test automation framework for embedded platforms (Linux, RTOS) and cloud (Azure) services. Own the complete test lifecycle-including test scenario creation, automation, execution, and reporting.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive functional, system, performance, and robustness test cases based on product and platform specifications to ensure strong test coverage.
* Perform cybersecurity testing to validate compliance with required security standards, invariants, and best practices.
* Mentor junior and mid-level test engineers by providing regular coaching, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing on testing techniques, automation, and technical concepts.
* Conduct thorough peer reviews of test cases, automation scripts, and test reports, taking accountability for overall test quality and adherence to engineering standards.
