 What to expect:
 
 Project Leadership: Lead yield enhancement (YE) projects in semiconductor processes, develop overall strategies and plans, and drive effective implementation of these strategies and plans.
 Defect Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of defects and failure modes in the semiconductor manufacturing process, applying professional knowledge and tools to identify key factors affecting yield.
 Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., process, equipment, design) to collaboratively resolve yield-related issues and ensure products meet yield targets on time and with high quality.
 Monitoring System: Establish and optimize the yield monitoring system, collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of production data, and provide strong support for decision-making.
