Expert Engineer - HVAC - Buildings

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting an HVAC Engineer (Expert) for the HVAC division, based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HVAC projects ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and client requirements
• Design efficient and accurate technical solutions aligned with client needs and expectations
• Ensure adherence to defined deadlines for project execution
• Plan work activities and monitor team productivity, ensuring high levels of profitability
• Manage and supervise the assigned team, promoting the professional development of its members
• Develop tools, methodologies, and best practices that improve the division's productivity and results
