What is an Expert Business Analyst?

Business analysts are responsible for serving as liaisons between all the departments and the IS&T organization. We collect, analyze, develop, document, communicate business requirements, and support user testing to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of technology-based projects within the constraints of time, scope, resources, cost, and quality.
• Manage the project lifecycle, including business case approval, requirements gathering from Business stakeholders, analysis, project planning, maintaining the resource calendar, design, implementation, integration testing, user acceptance testing, training for support teams, project handover to Operations, and updating lessons learned.
