About the Role

Description
Becoming part of the Transaction team, LDS gives you hands-on exposure to diverse assignments, expanding your experience and shaping you into a highly skilled knowledgeable transaction advisor. 
You will advise and guide clients in different types of M&A projects focussing on financial due diligence (buy- and sell-side), valuations, for both private equity firms and corporate organizations.
You manage the end-to-end project delivery in close collaboration with the client.
You perform and review financial analyses to identify and assess key deal drivers, value considerations, opportunities and risks. 
You synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable reports and insights.
By collaborating with other LDS teams (tax, transformation, strategy) you offer complete and integrated solutions to the client.
