About the Role
We are looking for an Experienced Receptionist.
Tasks:
Receive, direct, and provide information to phone callers
Receive and identify phone calls
Connect callers and follow up on call handling (Person busy, contact person absent...)
Handle phone information requests
Make calls for staff members
Provide in-person reception
Take messages from clients/suppliers/partners
Transfer messages to the concerned person
Manage waiting times when lines are busy
Handle the registration, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail.

Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 level)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Must be presentable and smiling
