Responsibilities
- Reletting properties
- Arranging inventory / check‑in
- Organising check‑out / deposit return / dilapidations
- Deposit dispute administration
- Reconciliation of incoming rents with client accounts
- Managing arrears
- Maintenance / repair management
- Organising contractor appointments (duplicate removed)
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Chasing outstanding works
- Organising gas / electrical safety certificates / EPCs
- Arranging tenancy extensions / renewals
- Visiting properties and carrying out inspections
