As a Project Manager 1 with Sarina Homes, you will guide projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires a strong background in budgeting, construction management, and leadership. You will interface with ownership, consultants, and municipal authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and design intent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead feasibility studies and pre-construction phases
• Oversee construction from excavation to occupancy
• Maintain budget control and cost reporting
