About the Role

We are a well-established travel agency seeking a highly experienced and professional Travel Consultant / Operations Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling travel arrangements, hotel reservations, transfers, excursions, and tailor-made travel packages
Coordinating with hotels, suppliers, and international partners
Managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to clients
Monitoring bookings and ensuring smooth operation of travel services
Supporting the development and delivery of high-quality tourism products
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the tourism and travel industry
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages will be considered an asset
Strong knowledge of incoming tourism operations, travel planning, and customer service
Experience with reservation systems
