About the Role

We are hiring four Millwrights to focus on the maintenance of vital hydroelectric components. Initial work will be carried out in our Castlegar office, transitioning to a permanent site by March 2027. Safety and teamwork are paramount in this collaborative environment that values proactive measures and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Embed a strong safety culture in daily tasks
• Conduct mechanical inspections and repairs on site
• Implement safety protocols such as confined space entry
• Support maintenance of HVAC and cooling systems
• Maintain thorough records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System
Requirements:
• Must hold Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright certification
• 3+ years' experience in industrial mechanical work
