Experienced Highway Design Engineer Role

EXP is seeking an Experienced Highway Design Engineer to join our Transportation team. Be at the forefront of designing highways and roads in various Ontario locations with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.
In this role, you will prepare detailed designs, review shop drawings, and develop specifications for highway projects in Ontario. You will work closely with clients and contractors while mentoring junior engineers in best practices. Your expertise with design software will be instrumental to the success of the projects you undertake.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review preliminary and detailed highway designs
• Prepare necessary documentation and specifications for projects
• Provide mentorship to junior staff in design techniques
• Coordinate design efforts with clients and construction teams
