Experienced Baker

Position: Qualified Baker (2 Full-Time Positions) Location: Toowong, Queensland, Australia Role Overview: We are seeking two full-time qualified bakers to join our busy bakery team in Toowong. As a Qualified Baker, you will prepare and bake a variety of high-quality breads, pastries and other bakery products following established recipes and standards. Youll help maintain quality and consistency of all baked goods, support food safety and hygiene practices, and work cooperatively with the team to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, mix and bake products according to bakery standards. Use commercial ovens and bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the production area. Help manage inventory and ensure product quality. Deliver exceptional customer experience in every batch.
