Bakers Delight North Buderim is seeking a qualified and motivated Baker to join our bakery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread and bakery products while maintaining high quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and baking bread, rolls and specialty bakery products in accordance with Bakers Delight recipes and standards
- Measuring, mixing, kneading, shaping and proofing dough products
- Monitoring fermentation and baking processes to ensure product consistency
- Operating and maintaining ovens and bakery equipment safely and efficiently
