Experience Solutions Consultant

We are looking for an Experience Solutions Consultant (Workday Configurator) within the Global HR Employee Experience Team at MBPS. In this role , you are expected to look for ways to innovate and improve the Employee Experience, promoting and advocating for our technology. You are a domain expert that is plugged in to what's happening in Workday and other HR technology through peer networks, vendor resources like Workday Community and other available resources.

• Serve as a Tier 2 Workday specialist, handling complex configuration, testing, and enhancements—particularly in Time & Absence—beyond frontline support.
