To serve as the operational backbone of the team by managing executive communications, maintaining financial accuracy in accounts, and ensuring internal processes run like clockwork. You are the anchor that allows the leadership team to focus on high-level strategy while you handle the essential back office activities.
Core Responsibilities
1. Executive Coordination & Communication
Gatekeeping: Manage info and accounts inboxes, filtering priorities and responding to inquiries.
Coordination: Manage complex calendars for internal/external meetings and handle end-to-end travel logistics (flights, hotels, and itineraries).
Phones: Handle inbound/outbound calls with a professional, brand-aligned demeanor.
2. Financial Administration (Accounts)
Invoicing Workflow: Capture and upload invoices to Hubdoc; monitor AR/AP email flows.
