Co-Orperate Management Trainee

This is a management trainee role that starts with field sales and customer acquisition. You'll learn sales, communication, leadership, and business operations through a structured growth path.
Key Responsibility:
Lead and manage field campaigns with a team of 7–8 members, ensuring campaign targets are achieved while maintaining team performance and motivation.
Phase 1 : Field sales, customer acquisition, negotiation, and business fundamentals
Phase 2 : Team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
Phase 3 : Managing teams, campaigns, and business operations
