About the Role
Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the software asset inventory and license database. Assist in tracking software procurement, installation, renewals, and retirements. Monitor software usage to ensure compliance with vendor licensing agreements. Support internal audits and prepare data for external software audits. Work with procurement and IT teams to process purchase requests for software. Generate reports on software usage, compliance, and renewal timelines. Help identify underutilized software to reduce unnecessary costs. Maintain proper documentation of license agreements, purchase orders, and renewals.
