About the Role

What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Executive Search Recruiter will lead and execute VP-level and other mission-critical searches across Aecon. This is an experienced individual contributor role focused on end-to-end executive recruitment, market mapping, and advisory partnership with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Critical Role Search
Lead end-to-end searches for VP level and other highly specialized or business-critical senior roles.

Partner closely with the executive team and senior stakeholders to define success profiles, competencies, and hiring strategies.

Manage confidential and high-stakes searches with discretion and professionalism.
Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence
Conduct deep market mapping and talent research for executive and niche roles.
