Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Administration & Office Support
· Manage daily administrative operations supporting sales managers.
· Provide day-to-day administrative assistance including filing, document control, email and letter correspondences, minutes of meetings, data entry, and maintaining internal records for the sales and business development team.
· Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, meeting logistics, scheduling of internal and external meetings.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
· Prepare internal and external documents including reports, letters, and presentations.
· Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical).
· Support coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.
