Responsibilities:

• Execute purchasing of printing accessories such as labels, tags, stickers, inserts, and related materials.
• Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders as per approved requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with approved printers and accessory suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and support negotiations.
• Communicate order specifications, artwork approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure ordered materials meet approved samples, artwork, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with stores and quality teams for inspection and rejection handling.
