In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement.Customer data management function comprises:
- Updating of customer address/undelivered mail for non HNW
