A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Pastry-Bakery, in international 5-star hotels brands or reputable pastry-bakery catering companies.Proven ability to manage consistent standards of production, presentation, hygiene, and safety.Expertise in modern and classic pastry-bakery techniques, boutique desserts & breads, artisan breads, and breakfast buffet.Proficient in large-scale production for banquets, buffets, and specialty events.Expertise in dietary-specific pastry &breads creation: gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, and allergen-conscious recipes.Can manage a team including recruitment, performance evaluations, training, career development, addressing disciplinary matters, and fostering team motivation.Strong planning, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple breakfast operatio...
