About the Role

We are looking

for Executive Pastry Chef with qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Pastry-Bakery, in international 5-star hotels brands or reputable pastry-bakery catering companies.

  • Proven ability to manage consistent standards of production, presentation, hygiene, and safety.

  • Expertise in modern and classic pastry-bakery techniques, boutique desserts & breads, artisan breads, and breakfast buffet.

  • Proficient in large-scale production for banquets, buffets, and specialty events.

  • Expertise in dietary-specific pastry &breads creation: gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, and allergen-conscious recipes.

  • Can manage a team including recruitment, performance evaluations, training, career development, addressing disciplinary matters, and fostering team motivation.
