Role Overview As Executive Manager – Customer Risk, you will own the development, methodology and implementation of the dynamic Customer Risk Assessment (dCRA) framework and ensure it is explainable, scalable and regulatory‑ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design and documentation of the dCRA model
- Define methodology, data inputs, logic and governance
- Integrate dCRA with monitoring, ECDD and wider FC processes
- Review customer‑risk rating approaches and identify gaps
- Embed emerging AML/CTF obligations and industry best practice
- Work with Technology, Data and Transformation on system and data needs
