NYP Library is seeking a library executive to support day-to-day operations by delivering frontline services, managing collections, and assisting users in accessing resources.[What you will be working on]
Responsibilities
- Deliver frontline library services to effectively support teaching, learning and research needs of the NYP community.
- Perform collection management functions including daily shelving, stock-taking, and evaluation of materials, to facilitate easy access to resources.
- Coordinate systematic collection checks and weeding exercises in accordance with collection management guidelines.
- Manage and ensure the daily upkeep and optimal functioning of library facilities and equipment.
