Responsible for realising stable and
competitive operation in production area by means of Technology and
Innovation approaches. Key activities include productivity and
capacity maximisation; V-Cost reduction; packaging material
development; resolves process and product quality troubles by
providing technical solution.

1. Plan
and execute production process optimisation; packaging material
stable supply and quality improvement study.

2.
Apply Industrial Engineering (IE) skills to improve work process
and secure production capacity.

3. Plan and
execute new cost improvement ideas for product GP
improvement.

4. Provide trouble shooting supports
to resolve product and process troubles to secure stable process
operation.

5. Plan and develop project
development schedule and experiment design in accordance with
departmental plan.

6. Gather effective evidence
and perform logical analysis to enhance work
