Executive I - Design & Fit-Out

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tenant fit-out works, providing hands-on support to tenants and their appointed designers.
• Review and comment on tenant design submissions, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines and approved standards.
• Provide design direction, store planning advice, and resolve fit-out-related issues with internal teams (Leasing, Procurement, Facility Management).
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are carried out according to approved plans, mall regulations, and safety requirements.
• Perform final inspections with tenants prior to store opening and business commencement.
• Support mall improvement, enhancement, and expansion projects as assigned.
• Maintain and update mall master plans, tenancy layouts, and landlord provision schedules.
