About the Role
- Assist in preparation of yearly Audit Plan.
- Assist in preparation of Audit / Surveillance reports.
- Assist in follow up from all departments for timely compliance on the findings / recommendations contained in Audits, Inspections, Surveillance etc.
- Assist in maintenance of records of all audits, inspections, surveillance etc. carried out.
- Assist updation of hazard log.
- Assist in maintenance of risk assessment records.
- Assist in follow-up on actions post risk assessment.
- Assist in Maintain records and follow up on Hazard Reports.
- Assist in follow-up with departments for timely closure of E-IOSA
- Assist in follow up on audits, inspections, surveillance reports by external agencies
- Assist in preparation of manuals / circulars / bulletin etc.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Chief / Dy Chiefs of Flight Safety
