Executive Director Planning

JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Director Planning shall be responsible for strategic, integrated and forward‑looking power system planning. He will be leading a team of professionals in the specialized areas of Demand Forecasting and Generation & Transmission Planning to develop optimal expansion plans to ensure safe, secure and reliable power system operation. These plans shall deliver innovative, efficient and industry best practice solutions to emerging power system challenges. To effectively discharge these duties, the Executive Director (Planning) shall maintain close liaison with other departments including System Operations, Market Operations, Human Resource, Legal and Finance.
