Job Description :

Report To: General Director

• Set up the annual business development plan for Hanoi; define and follow up yearly targets.
• Analyzing business needs to identify new opportunities, develop and implement strategies for new product and services.
• Conduct marketing analysis and research, deliver accurate business report.
• Lead and develop staff by identifying training needs.
• Provide direction, guidance to each department to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies.
• Maintain and develop the relationship with existing clients; search for potential organizations and build up communication with those business.
• Support the development of the corporate brand strategy
• Support marketing tool and collateral management for existing and new clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business Management.
