About the Opportunity
Our client is a regulated, deposit-taking financial institution operating in Uganda under the supervision of the Bank of Uganda.
As part of its next phase of institutional strengthening and governance enhancement, the Board is seeking to appoint a senior Executive Director to provide robust operational leadership across core banking functions and ensure full regulatory defensibility under statutory requirements for executive management.
This is a Board-level role reporting directly to the CEO and requires a seasoned banking executive with demonstrable multi-functional exposure across core banking operations.
The position is full-time and office-based in Kampala.
