About the Role
Job Description
- Responsible for keying all of customer orders and to ensure everything is in order such as selling price, date of delivery, printing specification, sufficient lead-time.
- Responsible to liaise with customer in respect of their delivery schedule and all incoming enquiries.
- Responsible to liaise with Planning Department on the inventory and production planning status.
- Responsible for the monthly report - DIFOT.
- Responsible to take over Indoor Senior Executive – Customer Service job functions as and when necessary.
- Responsible to prepare quotation.
- Responsible to proceed amendment job in PDM portal.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma.
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences.
- Must be PC literate.
- Pleasant personality, well organized and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in speaking English, BM, Chinese and other dialects.
