Description
Culinary Vision & Execution
Lead the culinary direction of the resort’s dining program, ensuring every dish reflects quality, consistency, and creativity

Design and evolve menus that celebrate fresh ingredients, seasonal inspiration, and guest expectations

Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, flavour, and execution across all services
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily kitchen operations including preparation, service, ordering, and inventory management

Manage food costs and supplier relationships while maintaining quality and efficiency

Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards are consistently upheld
Team Development
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a small but dedicated kitchen team
