An exciting opportunity for an executive chef to join the new hotel and put a mark on Perth with this new kitchen and restaurant. The Executive chef will be required to join the hotel sometime in February to help finalise the setup of the menu, staff, kitchen and plan the launch of the restaurant and hotel.
