About the Role

  • Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and business documents.
  • Coordinate board meetings, management reviews, and executive events.
  • Conduct research and assist in strategic projects.
  • Process expense reports and administrative documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate executive requirements and resolve issues proactively.
