About The Role

We are seeking a rare and exceptional individual to serve as a hybrid Executive Assistant and strategic Chief of Staff in Training. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a demanding position for a high‑IQ, high-integrity operator with unrelenting urgency and a desire to maximize the CEO's time and output.

You will function as the CEO's Force Multiplier, attending every critical business and personal call. Your primary mission is to take ownership of the maximum number of action items from every meeting, or to clearly assign ownership to the right team member and rigorously track execution. You will be the central executor and chief problem‑solver, driving projects to completion and shielding the CEO from operational friction.
