About the Role

 Job Description: 
Day to Day Tasks

Book travel and accommodations for the company research team. 
Coordinate trip itinerary with companies and brokers for the company research team. This will involve communicating with corporate access, in addition to setting up bespoke meetings. 
Use broker websites to get access to reports and event calendars.
Manage the Calendly application used by the company research team to book expert network meetings. 
Assist in negotiating commercial terms in expert network and translation firms used by company.
Reconcile billing by expert networks to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Follow-up with the company research team to input missed entries.
Work with company compliance team to craft documents for various company entities in English and Japanese. 
Manage continuing education requirements for the company team across multiple countries. Track gifts...
