We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant (EA) to support daily business operations, specifically focusing on Lead Generation, Data Mining, and Outbound Outreach to support the client's growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and lead generation support, which may include—but is not limited to—the following:
1. Data Mining & Research
- Conducting targeted internet research to identify decision-makers and key contacts.
- Sourcing and verifying phone numbers and email addresses to ensure high connect rates.
