About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Business Lead in managing daily operations, calendar coordination, and strategic priorities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the Business Lead's calendar, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups
Prepare MOMs, reports, presentations, and business documents
Handle communication on behalf of the Business Lead
Track action items and ensure timely closure
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates and reviews
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
